We provide a Return on the Spot policy.

How It Works

  • When your parcel arrives, please open and check your order while the courier rider is still present.

  • If:

    • the item is not as expected,

    • the product is damaged,

    • the wrong design/variant is delivered,
      you may return the parcel to the rider immediately.

Important Conditions

  • Once you accept the parcel and the courier rider leaves, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.


2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • For customers who made online payments, a refund will be issued only if the parcel is returned at the time of delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is taken if the parcel is returned on the spot.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds for eligible orders will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued back to the same payment method used at checkout.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or process refunds in the following cases:

  • The parcel was accepted and received without checking.

  • The courier rider has already left.

  • The item was used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Change of mind after accepting the parcel.
