How It Works

When your parcel arrives, please open and check your order while the courier rider is still present.

If:

the item is not as expected,

the product is damaged,
-
the wrong design/variant is delivered,
you may return the parcel to the rider immediately.

Important Conditions

Once you accept the parcel and the courier rider leaves, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility

For customers who made online payments, a refund will be issued only if the parcel is returned at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is taken if the parcel is returned on the spot.
Refund Processing Time

Refunds for eligible orders will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the same payment method used at checkout.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or process refunds in the following cases:

The parcel was accepted and received without checking.

The courier rider has already left.
-
The item was used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
-
Change of mind after accepting the parcel.
